Karter Knox

G/F · Jr · 6'6" · Louisville Basketball

Karter Knox comes from a Tampa family built for this: his father Kevin was an NFL wide receiver, and his older brother Kevin Knox II went ninth overall to the Knicks in 2018. After averaging 19.8 points and 9.9 rebounds as a junior at Tampa Catholic, Knox finished his prep career with Overtime Elite's RWE team, scoring 23.1 points per game and earning a 2024 McDonald's All-American selection. He committed to Kentucky in March 2024, choosing the Wildcats over Louisville, then followed John Calipari to Arkansas weeks later. He appeared in all 36 games as a freshman and surged late in Arkansas' run to the 2025 Sweet 16. His sophomore season ended early: 8.1 points and 4.5 rebounds on 37.7 percent three-point shooting through 22 games before a torn left meniscus required surgery in mid-February 2026. That April, Knox entered the portal and committed to Pat Kelsey's Louisville, joining a transfer class rated No. 1 nationally.

2025-26: 8.1 PPG · 55.4 eFG%.
